OVERVIEW
The solution is part of the Bússola Project, which develops accessible content and courses to support public school teachers on topics related to mental health.

Considering the audience profile and learning context, we chose to offer a course made available via WhatsApp, a disruptive form of online course, ideal for enabling continuous access, on the move, to practical content, in small doses of information (microlearning).

The content is available in the form of text, image cards, animated videos with captions, audios and infographics.
We use a chatbot tool, driven by a decision tree, that sends educators content pills, advancing the journey as they interact with the tool.
It works like this:
-
The contents are accessed linearly, with conditions for choosing content at certain times.
-
To complete the course, the educator must conusme 100% of the content.
-
The educator receives the content and advances in the journey as he interacts with the tool, through commands.
-
If the educator stops interacting, the system sends a reminder after the last interaction, inviting them to resume studying.
-
After some downtime, the flow stops, but the educator can resume studying where they left off.
