Uro's Ticket
Responsibilities: Instructional design.
Audience: Commercial team.
Tools used: Google Workspace, Adobe Creative Cloud, Octopus framework.
Client: FQM.
Year: 2023.
OVERVIEW
FQM needed to create an educational solution to train the team of representatives to be familiar and qualified in the area of expertise of a new product.
For this solution, we created an innovative learning experience, e-learning in a one-page format, with videos, podcasts, methodologies and diverse educational resources, designed to create a unique learning experience.

PROCESS
ADDIE model
Analysis
By analyzing the raw content and conducting interviews with the team and experts, I identified the learning objectives: representatives should master the technical part of the central theme (anatomy, physiology, pathology, treatments), and then finally get to know the new product.
Design
We designed a solution in interactive e-learning, active methodologies, interactive educational resources, andragogy, dialogical language, gamification and storytelling elements to direct and motivate the learner.

When analyzing the central theme of the course (urology) and learning objectives, I created a narrative in which the learner must go in search of the "Uro's Ticket", symbolizing that he will be ready to participate in the in-person event and discover what the new product will be of FQM, which he will sell.
The experience takes place through an interface similar to a cell phone/tablet application, where the representative will have access to the 4 modules of the journey. When you finish all the modules, you receive the final prize: the Uro's Ticket.
Development and implementation
When developing and implementing, it was important to standardize the process across style guides, design systems, and thoughtful validation processes.
Assessment
The apprentice's learning journey is marked by knowledge checking activities at the end of each module, symbolizing the test to receive a medal, the score necessary to ultimately win the Uro Ticket.

RESULTS
The project was developed in a well-structured way and without any major surprises.

By using methodologies and processes in a simple and objective way, focusing on what was essential to deliver a complete and quality solution, the team, together with the client, were able to achieve an excellent result, which was proven by the positive feedback from the apprentices.
